Technician - Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning

We are currently seeking highly motivated Commercial Kitchen Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Technicians to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust systems to ensure the safety of our clients and their customers.

In this role, you will work independently, visiting commercial kitchens across the region to thoroughly clean and maintain their kitchen hoods, ductwork, and exhaust systems. You will use specialized tools and equipment to clean grease, oil, and other debris from hoods, filters, and exhaust fans. You will also inspect and repair exhaust systems to ensure they are working properly and meet local and national fire safety codes.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. You should also be able to work independently and be comfortable communicating with clients and other team members.

Shifts Available:

• Part-Time (Late PM Shifts) 8 PM -2 AM
• Part-Time (Early AM Shifts) 4 AM - 12 PM
• Full-Time (Late PM + Early AM) 8 PM -11 AM

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, and exhaust fans
• Use specialized tools and equipment to remove grease, oil, and other debris from hoods, filters, and exhaust fans
• Inspect and repair exhaust systems to ensure they are working properly and meet fire safety codes
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid Driver’s License with no more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years.
• Reliable Transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
