HADPRO has hundreds of restaurant customers in the DC-Baltimore metro area, and even though every restaurant is unique, our goal is always the same: to keep your restaurant safe from grease fires as painlessly as possible. What do we mean by painless?
Nobody hates scheduling miscommunications more than us, so you will receive a courtesy call (or email if you prefer) on day of service or the day prior to confirm that the manager on duty knows we are coming. Additionally, every team of technicians has at least one native English speaker and at least one native Spanish speaker, so we’re able to work through any questions that come up while we are at your restaurant.
We know leaving the kitchen as clean as we found it is a major determinant of customer satisfaction, so every team of HADPRO technicians is equipped with a wet vacuum, mop, extra thick sheet plastic for covering your countertops, equipment and other surfaces, and a cleaning checklist to review prior to leaving the restaurant. Of course, we’re not perfect and sometimes we miss a spot, but if we do we will gladly send a technician out the following day to correct any clean up oversights free of charge.
